The 15th annual Trailing of the Sheep Festival will highlight the lives and stories of western women with a full day of storytelling titled "Women Writing and Living the West." 

The gathering will feature six western writers and 10-12 ranch women from around the region to explore and share the experiences of their lives living on the land.  The writers include Teresa Jordan, serving as moderator, Gretel Ehrlich, Linda Hasselstrom, Linda Hussa, Diane Josephy Peavey and Annick Smith.  The day will end with an evening presentation of the movie Heartland with executive producer Annick Smith sharing her experiences of the making of this powerful movie.  For more details, visit our website:  http://www.trailingofthesheep.org
